The principle of Bottle warming pasteurization tunnel:
Conveyor brings bottles into the cooling tunnel, there will be
cooling water generated from side holding tanks to spray by spray
nozzles on the top of tunnel onto passing bottles. With heat
exchange principle, the bottles temperature will be low down to
normal room temperature to increase product shelf time.
The cooling water will be recycled and heat transferred by the heat
exchanger.
The water tank temperature zone will be finalized according to
capacity request. The pump system will send water in and out.
All body material is high quality SUS304; The transportation is by
engineering plastic chain.
The tunnel included the plate exchanger for heat exchanging, We
will install an air fan in the end of tunnel for drying.
Working process of Bottle warming pasteurization tunnel:
There are 8 parts for warming and sertilization. Temperature zone:
8 zones
Temperature zone 1: Heating from5℃ to 20℃; Temperature zone 2:
Heating to 35℃; Temperature zone 3: Heating to 50℃; Temperature
zone 4: Heating to 65℃; Temperature zone 5: Heating to 62℃;
Temperature zone 6: Cooling down to 55℃; Temperature zone 7:
Cooling down to 45℃; Temperature zone 8: Cooling down to 30℃; Water
tanks: 8 pcs;

spray averagely;
8, Main motor is with overload protection, can protect conveyor and
conveying devices safely. Main driver adopts stepless motor,
conveyor speed is changed freely.
