Features of the barrel brushing and cap removing machine:
This machine adopts 25×25mm stainless steel square tube welding frame, transmission mechanism, pneumatic reversing and pulling mechanism, electric control and water tank spraying. It has the characteristics of smooth, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
1. It integrates brushing, internal washing and external washing. The three working states are completed in the same cycle, which saves time, effort and power.
2. Water supply mode. Users can reasonably choose circulating water supply, non-circulating water supply and multiple water supply modes according to their needs.

4. The operation is simple, and the whole brushing process can be completed by only one operation of opening and closing the door.
5. Pay attention to the power supply mode of the machine, N is the zero line, the water tank is filled with water after the power is turned on, and the motor rotation direction is confirmed. Then turn on the panel power switch, and then open the flip cover to start trial operation.
6. The barrel brushing and removing machine is suitable for separating the lid and barrel of 3 gallon and 5 gallon drinking water recovery barrels. The separated bucket cover is free from wear and deformation, and can be reused after disinfection, which improves the utilization rate of the bucket cover. This machine uses air pressure as power, which is safe and reliable. The rated air source pressure is 0.5Mpa/㎝2, the air intake volume is ≥0.1m3/min, and the cap pulling rate is 400-600 pieces/hour. Connect the air source, turn the recycling bin upside down, insert the mouth of the barrel into the lid puller, and then step on the foot switch to pull off the lid and slide it out of the chute.
