BL-120 blow molding machine is especially used to produce 3 gallon
and 5 gallon bottles and is widely used to produce any shape of
plastic from PET with neck finishes from 30mm-120mm.
The five gallon blow molding machine is divided into two major
control systems (customers can choose freely), one is controlled by
a time relay, and the other is controlled by a PLC touch screen
computer, which can control technical parameters more accurately,

4. A special reheating device is used to ensure the ideal heating
effect for thick-walled preforms of 850 grams.
5. The specially designed cooling system in the drying tunnel
ensures that the heating furnace provides a continuous and
uninterrupted heat source, so that the preform can be heated
completely.
6. The cooling system guarantees the quality of the neck of the
preform.
7. Using one mold, the output of 5 gallon bottles can reach 90
blowing bottles per hour

The piston in an ordinary air compressor is of poor quality and is
easily damaged, and the piston has a short service life, which
leads to insufficient pumping capacity of the air compressor, which
leads to more defective bottles. The air compressor we provide to
our customers is special for bottle blowing, and the piston is

The air filter mainly filters the water, impurities, oily residue,
etc. in the air and high-pressure gas. The treated gas enters the
bottle to ensure that the bottle has no peculiar smell and gloss.
The filter we provide to our customers is mainly composed of a
filter element and a filter screen, which makes the oil and water
separated cleanly. After primary and secondary treatment, the
quality of the bottle is ensured.
Regarding the air storage tank, its material is iron. After a long
time of use, it is easy to rust due to the influence of water
vapor, which seriously causes the gas storage tank and brings huge
safety hazards to the workshop. The thickness of the gas tank we
configure for you is 3 times that of ordinary, stable use and long
life.
The function of the air dryer is to process high-pressure gas and
moisture in the air to quickly dry the bottle wall and improve
production efficiency. Our cold dryer is equipped with precision
filter processing, so that the blown out bottle is bright and the
cooling speed is fast.
