1. The filling volume regulation system is composed of variable frequency motor, PLC, touch screen, solenoid valve, material cylinder, actuator, etc. through control setting, the filling volume regulation is convenient, simple operation and accurate measurement.
2. The container positioning system is completed by air cylinder. Customers can adjust the container according to different specifications and shapes. The method is simple and accurate.
3. The anti dripping system is controlled by air cylinder, which not only blocks the filling nozzle, but also adopts the recovery device of leakage tank, which further overcomes the dripping phenomenon.
4. Some filling materials are easy to bubble when filling. We design the filling nozzle to be external blocking type, which can solve the bubble problem. At the same time, we use the "PLC" program to control the whole filling head to rise while filling, so that the filling measurement is more accurate.
