1200R heat-resistant bottle blow molding machine is suitable for
producing PET plastic containers and bottles from 10-1000ml. It is
especially used for hot fill bottles. Also it can be widely used to
produce the carbonated bottle, mineral water pesticide bottle oil
bottle cosmetics, wide-mouth bottle etc.
A. Multifunctional Semi auto PET heat resistant bottle blow molding
machine is suitable for blowing carbonated beverage bottles,
mineral water bottles, cosmetic bottles, oil bottles, space cups,
jars, medicine bottles and other hollow plastic containers
(PET.PC.AS.PE)
B. The infrared multifunctional plastic preform heater is powered
by a three-phase four-wire 380V power supply (220V power supply can
also be used). The machine is divided into seven heating tubes,
divided into four heating zones, and electric heating control
elements are installed in the electrical box. The preheating time
is generally about 5-8 minutes. The temperature is conveyed by the
electric thermocouple to the temperature controller for automatic
temperature control, so that the temperature in the heating box is
controlled steadily, and the infrared penetrating power is strong.

one cycle, the production will be carried out. The specific
temperature is adjusted according to the bottle forming needs.
C. The width and height of the lamp tube and reflector in the
heating zone can be adjusted to suit the heating of preforms of
different structures, and there is an automatic temperature exhaust
device to ensure the constant temperature of the drying tunnel;
D. Each mechanical action has a safety self-locking device. When a
process fails, the program will automatically switch to a safe
state. This machine is suitable for blowing high-temperature
resistant bottles, with a temperature resistance of up to 90
degrees Celsius. Solve the usual packaging problems of beverages,
