Description of 2000BPH automatic PET / plastic cosmetic oil water bottle blow
molding machine
BL-2000 type Automatic blow molding machine is suitable for blowing
PET bottles of various shapes, volume from 100 ml to 2000 ml, wide
application for blowing mineral water bottles, soda bottles, cola
bottles etc.
1. Pre-formed loading
The preforms are manually poured into the hopper, and then the
preforms enter the preform guide along with the conveyor. Then the
ordered preforms will automatically enter the equipment. This type
of loading is fully automatically controlled, highly efficient, and
will not damage the execution.
2. Heating adjustment
The heating head automatically receives continuously, and performs
an average circle automatic operation, so that proper heating can
be obtained when the heating area is moved. The blowing machine
adopts far infrared heating, and each lamp can independently
control the temperature. If the lamp is out of power, the machine
will automatically alarm for testing. The airflow in the heating
area and the precisely designed surface neck protection device, in
this case, can achieve the ideal temperature heating without
affecting the bottleneck. If necessary, a temperature test device
can help automatically adjust the temperature. Each type of heating
temperature is displayed on the instrument, with simple appearance
and convenient operation.
3. Stretch blow
PLC can precisely control the opening and closing of the mold base.
The structure of the mold base is simple and stable, and it is more
convenient to replace the mold. The mold locking and pressure
expansion system is special. The blowing data of each cavity is
easily controlled by the touch screen, and it has a good test
function. The special structure of the mouthpiece ensures stable
sealing under different blowing pressures and ensures the rate of
finished bottles.
4. The bottle pops up
After blowing, the robot hand will automatically take out the
finished bottle and test the bottle, if the bottle cannot be
automatically kicked out. This ensures continuous production. The
bottles are transported to the filling machine via an air conveyor.
