BL-4B automatic bottle blow molding machine is suitable for
producing PET plastic containers and bottles from 10-1500ml. It is
widely used to produce the carbonated bottle ,mineral water,
carbonated drink bottle, pesticide bottle oil bottle cosmetics,
wide-mouth bottle etc.
1. Bottle blowing mould of Automatic 4 CAVITY blow molding machine

The bottle blowing mold is made of high-quality forged steel with
brighter finish, no trachoma deformation, and finer clamping line.
The patterns of each mold are carved at high speed. The unique
water cooling design makes the product more three-dimensional and
clearer. Two polishing and deep electroplating make the blowing
mold more resistant to abrasion. Greatly improve the production
quality and service life.

The air compressor we provide to our customers is dedicated to

compressor. Ordinary air compressors are also sold, but as far as
the customer’s feedback is concerned, there is no difference in the
work of the cheap air compressors in the first few months. After
half a year of use, I found that the bottle smelled of oil stains
and mist. And other issues.
This is because the pistons in ordinary air compressors are of poor
quality and are easily damaged, and the piston has a short service
life, resulting in insufficient air pumping capacity of the air
compressor, resulting in many defective bottles. The air compressor
we provide to our customers is dedicated to bottle blowing, and the
piston is wear-resistant and durable. We promise to our customers
