The machine can seal crown caps in different sizes, the machine construction is compact and it is easy for operation and maintenance. It is light in weight and volume and low in noise. Workers put bottles on bottle stand, then press ON button, the sealing head will go down to press on cap top, the sealing wheels will rotate and carve screw lines on cap at the mean time. It can be applicable for different bottle height with bottle stand height adjustment and can be suitable for different cap diameter while changing sealing head.

1.1.1 This anti-theft cap sealing machine is currently an advanced special equipment for twist-off aluminum anti-theft caps and bottle mouth sealing.
1.1.2 The structure adopts four-claw balanced head for sealing, with even force.
1.1.3 It is equipped with a positioning device for the bottle mouth guide cap and a fixing device for the bottle base.
1.1.4 It has the function of first making the bottle cap deform according to the shape of the bottle mouth, and then rolling the thread and shrinking the edge to seal.
1.1.5 Expanded the scope of use, changing different capping heads can be used for sealing aluminum caps, plastic caps, canned bottle caps.
1.1.6 It has the advantages of compact and reasonable structure, stable operation, low noise, low energy consumption, convenient operation and adjustment, high work efficiency, and good sealing quality.

This machine is suitable for mass production in wineries, beverage factories, and pharmaceutical factories. If the machine is equipped with a frame, it can be as high as the conveyor line to realize flow operation.
