Method of Operation:
1, The containers are picked up by the in-feed star wheel and
transferred to the container table. The container rotation begins
when they are positioned between bottom supporting plates and
center pressing heads.
2, The speed of the feed roller is adjusted to the required label
length for continuous label tension. A standard threading unit
ensures optimal label feed. In the cutting unit, the labels are
precisely cut while a PLC command and servo-motor provide an exact
cut-off point.
3, Two narrow strips of hot melt glue the labels together, which
are applied by a heated glue roller to the starting and ending
label edges. The label with the glue strip on its starting edge is
transferred to the container. This glue strip ensures an exact
label positioning and a positive bond. As the container is rotated
during label transfer, labels are applied tightly.
4, Gluing of the label ending edge ensures proper bonding.

1. This model is suitable for circular, square, flat and other
cylindrical containers, such as OPP film, pearl film, paper-plastic
composite film, paper label and other circumferential labeling. Due
to the use of non-recoverable materials, the label printing pattern
will not be deformed , In order to ensure the aesthetics of product
packaging, while also greatly reducing the cost of packaging
materials.
2. It is suitable for the hot melt adhesive labeling of plastic
bottles, glass bottles and metal cans in the washing, beverage,
mineral water, food and other industries.
3. Adopt Schneider servo motor and Schneider PLC control, simple
operation, stable and reliable operation.
4. Imported correction system, perfect combination with advanced
gluing system and vacuum drum to ensure high labeling accuracy.
Only apply glue on both ends of the label to reduce the amount of
glue used to save costs.
5. Synchronous gear transmission system, and the use of screw and
star wheel to match the bottle in and out to ensure smooth and
stable product in and out during high-speed operation.
6. The production speed can reach 24,000 bottles/hour, and it can
be connected to the high-speed filling line for production, which
greatly improves the production speed and saves the production
cost. Labeling process: bottle
feeding→positioning→detection→cutting label→sucking
label→feeding→labeling→supporting label→out bottle.
