The 10L one blower + one preform heater semi automatic blow molding
machine is suitable for blowing PET plastic bottles under 10
liters, including oil bottles, water bottles, and marine float
bottles. It is a multifunctional plastic bottle blowing equipment,
which can be used to produce various plastic packaging containers
such as PET mineral water bottles, beverage bottles, oil bottles,
daily chemical packaging bottles, etc.
The machine is divided into two parts, one part is the main machine
(blowing bottles), and the other part is the oven (heating
preforms)
The host is equipped with a microcomputer controller, and the
machine is equipped with an emergency button, which has the
function of preventing hands from being pinched, which greatly
improves the productivity of workers! The exhaust gas of the
machine body is discharged through the muffler to reduce noise.
The oven uses 380v three-phase industrial electricity, the heater
uses infrared lamps, and the transmission part uses a three-phase
motor.
1) Adopt a special electric control loop to design the lamp
heating, which can adopt single or multiple synchronous control
with high efficiency and reduce power consumption;
2) The system is equipped with a muffler, connecting rod and crank
arm refueling device;
3) The preform will not be caught dry by external environmental
factors and will be evenly heated;
4) The cold air circulation cooling system can ensure the heating
consistency of the inner and outer walls of the preform;
5) The air circuit system is divided into two parts: action and
blowing to meet the needs of different air pressures for action and
blowing, and can provide stable high pressure to blow large-volume
bottles with special shapes;
6) The operation is divided into two modes: inching and
semi-automatic;
