Its working process is: two sprays of hot disinfectant, one drip, two sprays of normal temperature and low concentration disinfectant, One drip drying, two recycling water spray washing, one drip drying, two finished product water spray washing, and one drip drying. In this process, the outside of the barrel is also sprayed with a nozzle, and the nozzle is raised and deep into the inside of the empty barrel. , Disinfect and spray the inside of the barrel. The cleaned empty barrel is sent to the filling position through the automatic barrel lowering device, and the filling is carried out. During the process, the overflowing water will be returned to the pure water tank to avoid the waste of finished water. The filled barrel is hung and sealed by the conveyor chain in turn.
3. Light inspection equipment: artificially visually detect whether there are impurities in the bottled water, eliminate defective products, and provide consumers with healthy bottled aquatic products.
4. Steam shrink film machine: It generates high-temperature steam through electric heating, and uses high-temperature steam to shrink the barrel mouth film and attach it tightly to the barrel mouth surface.
