This machine is used for the sorting of disordered bottles. The
scattered and disordered bottles are sent into the bottle
unscrambler by the elevator. By the thrust of the turntable, the
bottles enter the bottle compartment to position themselves,
through the Wheel and the air flow. The bottles are arranged to
stand upright with the mouth of the bottle, and output into the
next process through the air-feeding bottle conveying system.
The body of this machine is made of high-quality stainless steel,
and other parts are also made of non-toxic and durable series of
materials. The electrical and pneumatic systems are selected from
imported parts. The whole working process is controlled by PLC
programming, so the equipment failure rate is low and the
reliability is high. It is a multifunctional automatic bottle
