Device Description:
The linear heat shrink packaging machine is based on the heat
shrinkage characteristics of the packaging film. It uses
photoelectric switch sensors to detect online. The collected
signals are controlled and processed by a PLC (programmable
controller) program. The conveyor belt is used for continuous
bottle feeding, clamping and placing. Bottle, continuous push rod
push the bottle to wrap film, heating and cutting knife to seal and
cut into packages, heating channel contraction, cold air cooling
and shaping and other mechanisms to complete the whole process.
It is specially designed for automatic packaging production lines
for bottled items such as beer, beverages, purified water, juice,
and dairy products.
It has the fully automated functions of conveying and feeding, film
wrapping, sealing and cutting, shrinking, cooling and shaping.
Using the world's advanced film constant temperature heat sealing
technology, the seal is clear and firm.
The rapid cooling structure of the sealing ensures higher sealing
strength under high-speed production conditions.
Main structure and produce process of 40packs Double rows linear

Main structure: the equipment is made of bottle feeding conveyor
part, Bottles sorting part, Film cutting packing part, shrink
heating tunnel, fan chilling part, roller conveyor output part and
electric control system, pneumatic control parts and so on.
Produce process: MB350B automatic linear packing machine is
produced at the basis theory of the film shrinking after heated.
The whole packing process is including photoelectric sensor
testing, PLC treats the collected signal, convey belt delivering
the bottles, the dividing board divide the bottles into lines and
the push the bottles
